With your act of participation in any Alkhemi®Travel tour you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to our Terms and Conditions detailed below.


BOOKING CONDITIONS: A deposit of of £300 per person is required to secure your booking, of which 50% is non-refundable.

BALANCE OF PAYMENT: The balance of the tour cost must be received no less than 30 days prior to departure. At this time the reservation deposit becomes non-refundable.

LATE BOOKINGS: Booking received within 30 days of payment will only be accepted if full payment is received when booking.

REFUND POLICY: Alkhemi Travel reserves the right to cancel any tour in which the minimum number is not reached, or for any other reason, in which case no liability shall fall upon Alkhemi®Travel. In this instance, participants will be offered an alternative travel date, or their payment will be refunded in full. No refund will be issued to those participants failing to join their tour, or for accommodation or any other services not utilised, or for a participant who only partially completes a tour.

CANCELLATION POLICY: Once the full amount of the tour cost has been paid, cancellation will incur a forfeit of 50% of the total amount paid. If cancellation occurs within 14 days prior to the start date of the tour no refund will be paid. If cancellation occurrs due to the illness or death of a family member, we will do our best to refund part or all of your fee, but this will depend on numbers and is at the discretion of Alkhemi®Travel. If you find a replacement participant, the original amount paid will be transferred to the account of the new participant.

Alkhemi®Travel reserves the right to decline to accept any person, or terminate any person's participation in the tour at our own discretion at any time during the course of the tour.

CHANGES IN ITINERARY: Alkhemi®Travel reserves the right to amend or vary the itinerary, workshops or other services described in the tour programme. 

WORKSHOPS, FACILITATORS, ENTRANCE FEES: The tour price includes all facilitators, workshops and entrance fees as described in the tour programme. 

ACCOMMODATION, MEALS AND BOTTLED WATER: Tour accommodation is based on two people sharing a room with two single beds. A single room option may be available, but will incur an additional cost. Please enquire, as prices vary depending on the tour programme. Breakfast is provided each day. Lunches and evening meals are only provided as specified in the tour programme. Bottled water is provided throughout the tour by Alkhemi®Travel.

PHOTOGRAPHY AND FILM: By participating in any Alkhemi®Travel tour you consent to Alkhemi®Travel, its agents and other participants of the tour, taking photographs or making video or film recordings without further approval or recourse, and you understand and agree that such photographs and recordings may be used for professional, commercial and promotional uses.

HEALTH AND FITNESS: Alkhemi®Travel tours involve activities which are designed to be enjoyed by anyone who is generally fit and healthy. All activities are entered into at your own discretion. If you have any reason to believe that you may not be fit enough to undertake a tour, please seek medical advice.

INSURANCE: For your safety and convenience, Alkhemi®Travel requires that you take out a Travel Insurance package with a reputable company to adequately cover unforeseen circumstances. The policy should cover personal accident and sickness, accidental loss of baggage and money, loss of deposit, payment or cancellation fees and curtailment expenses.

LOSS OR DAMAGE: Alkhemi®Travel cannot accept accept responsibility for any loss or damage to your luggage or personal property, nor for any loss, damage, delay, illness, fatality or other injury suffered. Baggage and personal effects are at the participant's risk at all times. Alkhemi®Travel cannot accept responsibility for any political disturbances or "Acts of God" within any country or area visited.

INJURY OR ILLNESS: Participants agree that in the case of injury or illness Alkhemi®Travel can, at a cost to the participant, arrange medical treatment and emergency evacuation services such as Alkhemi®Travel deems essential for the participant's safety.

EXCLUSIONS: Alkhemi®Travel tours do not include airfares, passport or visa fees, taxes, travel and health insurance, telephone expenses, alcoholic beverages, excess baggage charges, gratuities and services not listed in the full tour programme.

INDEPENDENT SUPPLIERS: Alkhemi®Travel shall in no part be held liable for any acts, omissions, failures or defaults on the part of the persons or companies who, at the request of Alkhemi Travel, provide transport, accommodation or similar services or facilities. Alkhemi®Travel does not own or manage any transportation vehicles, hotel or restaurants or any other supplier thereof.

LIABILITY: By accepting these terms and conditions you agree that neither Alkhemi®Travel nor any representative shall be liable or under any obligation for any loss, injury or death, or damage to you or your belongings, or otherwise in connection with any accommodation, transportation or other services, directly or indirectly resulting from any circumstances beyond its/their control including, but not limited to, breakdown in equipment, strikes, theft, delay, hijacking, act or threat of war (whether declared or not), riots, civil strife, terrorist activity, industrial disputes, discharge dispersal, release or escape of pollutants, natural and nuclear disasters, fire, sickness, bad weather, technical or transportation problems, closures of stations or airports, cancellations or changes of schedules by railways, air or bus lines or any other circumstances beyond the control of Alkhemi®Travel amounting to force majeure or "Act of God". You concur that the foregoing shall be binding on you personally as well as on your heirs.

COMPLAINTS: Here at Alkhemi®Travel, our wish is that you have the trip of a lifetime, and we will do everything within our power to make that happen. However, should problems arise please inform us immediately, and we will do our best to resolve them. We prefer to resolve problems or issues at source, but in any event complaints should be notified to us as soon as is reasonably practical and certainly within 28 days of the completion of the tour.
